Ordering & Customization
Can I customize a jacket?
Yes. Most jackets in our themed collections can be customized with your size, color options, and patch placement before we cut and sew your order.
Can I design a fully custom jacket, not just a themed collection piece?
Yes. Our custom jacket program lets you specify the design, colors, materials, patches, and sizing on a detailed order form, and we build it from scratch.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Our team can advise on color combinations, patch placement, and material choices if you are not sure what will work best for your design.
Do you produce from a design I approve?
Yes. For custom orders, we confirm the final design with you before production begins, so nothing is cut or sewn without your approval.
Are your screen inspired jackets officially licensed?
No. Every jacket is an original fan-inspired design. We do not use studio logos or claim official affiliation with any studio, network, or league.
Can I add patches to my jacket after I've already received it?
Once a jacket has shipped, adding patches is not something we can do remotely. Contact us before placing your order if you know you will want extra patches, so we can build them in.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes are possible in a short window right after your order is placed, before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible so we can update it in time.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page and compare it to a jacket you already own and like the fit of. If you are between sizes or unsure, custom sizing is available at no extra charge.
Do you offer men's and women's sizing?
Yes. Most designs are available in both men's and women's cuts, and we can also build to your exact measurements with custom sizing.
Are varsity jackets supposed to fit loosely?
Traditionally yes, varsity jackets have a slightly looser, boxy fit meant to layer over other clothing. If you prefer a closer fit, custom sizing can adjust that.
What's the smallest and largest size you offer, and what if I need something outside that range?
Standard sizing runs from XS to 4XL. If you need something smaller or larger than that range, custom sizing is available at no extra charge, built to your exact measurements.
Materials & Quality
What are your jackets made of?
Melton wool or satin bodies, genuine or vegan leather sleeves where the design calls for them, ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem, and chenille or embroidered patchwork matched to the design.
How do you ensure jacket quality?
Every jacket is produced in our dedicated production houses by skilled makers who specialize in this exact construction, with each piece inspected before it ships.
Are the leather sleeves genuine leather?
We offer both genuine leather and vegan leather sleeves. The product page and order form will always state clearly which one applies to your jacket.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Production takes 5–8 business days, since every jacket is made to order rather than pulled from stock.
Once my order is placed, how long will it take to ship?
After the 5–8 day production window, shipping takes a further 11–12 business days, for a total of roughly 16–20 business days from order to delivery.
I live outside North America — will you ship to me?
Yes. We ship free worldwide to every country we serve, with tracking provided from dispatch to delivery.
Are there import duties if I'm ordering from another country?
Depending on your country, local customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your government and are not included in our prices.
Can I track my order after it's shipped?
Yes. Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with other checkout options shown at the payment step.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption across every page, so your information is protected while browsing and at checkout.
Do you sell or share my personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information. It is only used to process and ship your order, as described in our privacy policy.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single jacket. Minimum quantities only apply to bulk or team pricing discounts.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Can I return a custom or made-to-order jacket?
Because every jacket is made specifically for your order, custom and made-to-order pieces are generally final sale except in cases of damage, defect, or our error.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us right away with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
What if I entered the wrong size or details?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production has not started, we can usually correct the details before your jacket is cut and sewn.
Jacket Care
Can I wash my varsity jacket in a washing machine?
We do not recommend machine washing. Wool bodies and leather sleeves should be spot cleaned or professionally dry cleaned to protect the construction and patches.
How should I store my jacket?
Hang it on a sturdy hanger in a cool, dry space out of direct sunlight, which helps the wool, leather, and patchwork hold their shape and color over time.
Bulk, Teams & Schools
Do you offer group or team orders?
Yes. We work with schools, teams, esports rosters, fan clubs, and brands on group orders, with matching sizing and design across the group.
Do you offer bulk or quantity discounts?
Yes. Pricing improves at higher quantities. Reach out with your group size and we will provide a quote within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum quantity for bulk or team pricing?
Bulk pricing typically starts at a small group size. Contact us with your headcount and we will confirm whether it qualifies for team rates.
What if my school, team, or fandom design isn't in your collections yet?
That's exactly what our custom jacket program is for. Send us your design idea or reference and we can build it as a one-off or group order.

Varsity Jackets Pro is legally based at 1-103 Weldrick Road East, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 9Y8, Canada, with production houses in Pakistan.
How long has Varsity Jackets Pro been in business?
We were founded in 2023 by a lifelong fan with 15 years of experience producing made-to-order jackets, and have since fulfilled more than 5,000 orders worldwide.
Do you have a physical store where I can see or buy a jacket in person?
We currently operate online only, which lets us keep every jacket made to order and priced fairly. Our address is a business office, not a retail showroom.

What is a varsity jacket?
A varsity jacket is a wool-bodied jacket with leather sleeves, a ribbed collar, cuffs, and hem, and snap button closure, traditionally worn to display team or school pride.
What is a letterman jacket?
A letterman jacket follows the same varsity silhouette, built specifically to carry chenille letter patches, the earned "letter" that gives the style its name.
Is there a difference between a varsity jacket and a letterman jacket?
The construction is the same. The terms are often used interchangeably, though "letterman" specifically points to the tradition of chenille letter patchwork.
What are varsity jackets made of?
